I have an idea, I wish to have thumbnail images all around the border of my web pages, kind of as if the thumbnails are a live frame.
I wish to use gifs as well.
Plus perhaps, drag the thumbs around and use in other designs other then an outside border.
Plus I wish to be able to hot link the thumbs to either have them open a larger image or send to a link.

Do not think I am noob, but I use weebly, due to its free, and I can add any code to it and drag it where I want.
Plus its a great was to learn and experiment w/o costing anything.

It has options to upload pics and I can drag them to create the affect I want, however, if you try to resize a gif, it crashes its ability to animate.

is there a snippet or code I can use to create what I am trying to do?

I searched and have found slide shows to use but they are not very customizable.
    Thanks in advanced.

here is what I am trying to do, if someone can help lead me into the right direction that would be wonderful
I dont want any full size picts, the slideshow I used to create this includes a full size pic, I dont want that, i just want thumbs that I can drag around.
