Hi all, i will get straight to the point. i am already a member of about 30 cpa networks and have been for over a year or 2 now. what i want to do is create more accounts with the same cpa networks that i am already a member of. i know i should create a legal entity (s corp, llc, etc.) then a tax ein number and apply but i have some questions for you experts about the details of it: 1. should i create an s-corp or LLC for this legal entity? 2. what name can i or should i use for use to apply to the CPA networks because i know they need someone as a point of contact and i know they put my name on the checks, even i am signed up with them as a company 3. what can i do about the w-9 tax form that i must submit as it also requires someones name to be on them? 4. im sure i will have many other questions that will arise as i start applying to the networks but if you guys have any information that i forgot to ask here i would greatly appreciate your valuable input.
