when creating multiple web 2 blogs or whatever do all the account name have to be different, it would seem that they would have to be so haggle does not know

Yes.. everything has to be unique.
usernames, subdomain names, anchor texts, different article

If everything remains same then G will find out and punish your site. Use unique name, content, subdomain, etc.,

I disagree... it depends on the quality of the web2.0...

In most cases what you're saying may be true, but not all.
