I have an instagram account promoting PPD sites for android and ios. I created like 20 psd files with a white background and text. I would like to be able to use 30 different backgrounds and 10 different colors, and create a ton of promo pictures. The only thing that would change would be the background image and/or the text color. It is possible? I really dont want to do it manually...

Not sure what you mean with manually but if you have the PSD files you can do everything in Photoshop. Photoshop also has tools that allows you to make many actions automatically, you can google hot to use "actions" or "batch" in photoshop
