i was able to create non PVAs using a vpn with ips from alot of countries around the world but now i keep getting getting asked for phone verification with all the ips even if the uptime of the ip is only a few minutes and there is no free phone verification apps or websites that work. is there any solutions out there other than buying numbers or is it game over

Try using some good private proxies that work with google.

You might be using abused Public proxies.

I create Non-pva ones with ease. Around 10 a day,with ease.

good private proxies costs around 2$ and there is no garantie they'll work. i want to create bulk gmail accounts

Quality private proxies cost even more upto $5 but you will have to find the ones that work. You can find a tool in marketplace section for creating accounts on gmail and facebook. They ahve put detailed guide on their website how to use their tool with proxies to successfully create gmail pva.

Even if you pay for good proxies and manage to create a non-pva, chances are you are going to get prompted for verification later on.
