I have my personal account, with many real life friends and real life activities, i don't want to use it for posting to groups to promote my page.

What if i created an account on same IP but with it I would invite to my friends the audience which i want to like my page, post to groups and etc. Wouldn't facebook ban the acount?

You should use each facebook account each ip is better. if the same ip, one day your account can be suspended for violating facebook policy.
