Creating a Website with Free Ebooks and More...

Hey everybody, i was thinking about creating a website on freewebs.com and putting up a Mass amount of Free Ebooks and other features. I would like to hook up google adense, This is something i never did. Any suggestions or ideas?... I have about $50-90.00 to invest on a basic ecommerce website.. if anybody could help me out..Please Let a NEwbie Know?
