Am I allowed to do this? I was mass selling physical goods via Paypal till I got a few disputes and they froze my money for 6 months then paid out & terminated my account, that was more than 2 years ago.

I'm wondering if I am allowed to make a new PP account? Same name, same address.

    Kindly advise!

Either do this, or do it legitly. Contact PayPal, they would be glad to hear reasons and allow you to create a new account.

Nope, you will be banned if you make a new account. Give them a call and see whats the best solution you can do, maybe its not perm banned just yet. If it is just start fresh with a new ip, new name, new address, clear cookies, flash cookies, cache, get a vba and vcc

To put it simply, you have no chance, you are best off using fake details. You can phone or do what you like, once you are banned, you are banned. I was first banned from PayPal because I listed something on eBay, which the seller then said was fake so that they could scam me, and ever since have been banned from PayPal, not that I could give a fuck, the only thing I use them for is if I really have to, to pay hosting or buy services. It is a company that is best off being avoided.

It might be good now, but their bots do routine check once in a while, and if your details are found in more than one personal account, they ban them all. Hopefully your old account is not in their database anymore, since it was erased from the system.
