creating 100-1000 of sites

is there any software that blackhatters use for creating 100-1000 sites for adsense or affiliate sites. i've look here but can't seem to find one .

i dunno if BHatter's are using it, but Search Engine Phantom creates a 100-1000 of sites with automated content, etc.

I believe there's a download in the Member's Download section . just search for it, it should come up.

Holy smokes! There are a lot. SEC is at the bottom of most of the pages here and it's really easy to use.
