your accounts will get linked in no time since you are using the same IP in every account. Not a good method in my opinion.

short cut accounts are shite .

infact buying over 2 year or more accounts are better no restrictions.

Hmm... so basically if I got you right:
1. Have 1 main account with payment method added in the business manager
2. Create 50 Victim accounts, on each create Ad account or Business Ad account? (do we need a FB page here?)
3. From the Main account set as admin the Victim account or from the Victim account set as admin the Main Account?

You don't need Business Manager Acc , You need Ad Accounts only. Then make your main account admin from victim ad accounts.
because you are going to use those victim ad accounts. now you have 50 ad accounts under one account.
