Create new channel with USA proxy on old non-USA channel?

Then posting all videos, OR 1st one with USA proxy then the rest without proxy, enough to reach USA?

Any other cost-saving technique for this?

use all with us residential ip and keep one ip for one account.

I don't think that USA proxy is going to do anything with your audience.
My YouTube channels are not registered with a USA proxy, yet most of my views are coming from USA.
