I feel much better today than I have the last couple of weeks due to the kind hearts and prayers of my bhw friends, so I think im up to a nice little share. Now by no means is this a new method, but as my dad always told me. "If you buy a used car, it's still new to you", so it might be new to a few 
This thread will show you how to create a highly targeted opt in email list, then how to campaign it. All without having to have any SEO knowledge.
What you will need:
2 cheap websites ($5-$15/month)
An email marketing plan with your hosting service ($20/month)
accounts with multiple classified ads sites (free)
Your product site:
Now, lets say you are selling a $27 ebook telling people how to save money on car insurance. First you will create the website that you will be selling the ebook on. You want a killer sales page that is so catching, that if they don't have the $27, they will keep your page up for days, until they have the money to purchase your ebook.
The traffic site:
Then, since you are selling something in the automotive department, you want to create an automotive website. It could just be a dummy site with a few pics of cars on it, and a couple of short articles or whatever (the whole point of this site is just to pull the traffic). Then of course, if possible, I would monetize this site, so you are making as much as possible off of the traffic.
Your email marketing plan:
Once you have finished that site, then you will need to go to your email marketing, and set up an opt in link. After you have created that link, you need to go back to your traffic website, and write a direct pitch like "If you would like to learn how to save money on your car insurance, please opt in for details", and place the link behind it.
Then, go back to your email marketing plan, and create a catching email, (using a flashy template if possible) and have it ready to send to all of your opt in's.
Posting your ads:
Now that you have all of that out of the way, you just go to as many classified ads sites as possible, and post ads for (in this case) cars. They then go to your website, some click on affiliate links or whatever, and those who are truely interested in cheaper insurance will opt in.
Sending the emails:
Once you have as many opt ins as you want for that campaign, you just simply ad them to the campaign through your email marketing, and send the email out. If you manage, to pull 5,000 opt ins, and your sales page is on point, you should have no problem making a killing every time.
I know, some people may say, "why not just send the traffic directly to the sales site?" Here's why. There are some people who will see these links on classified sites, and go to the website, and purposely fill out the payment forms with fake info. They do this because most payment processors will suspend or deactivate your account if they see that activity. So this way is a safe, (yet easy) way to create a successful campaign.
