It is time to stop being a wussy. Follow me on my journey to 30 days of cold showers. Why I decided to do this: I've been stressing allot lately. And getting pissed off allot as well. It has been affecting my life in a negative way. Because of this my immune system is weakened, causing me to feel like a weakling. Which i don't like. It hinders my goals in IM and in bodybuilding. This will also help me get out of the shower quickly in the morning, since winter is here. After the 30 days are up. I will still continue to take cold showers until the end of my days. No more warm water sissy shit. Humanity is becoming too domesticated. Benefits of cold showers: Enhances your health and strengthens the immune system Elevates your state of mind Decreases inflammation and helps alleviate DOMS/delayed onset muscle soreness (Great for after a workout) Improves hair and skin Increases your testosterone (Another huge PLUS for taking cold showers) Allows you to be conservative by saving time and money (And another BIG PLUS, I love saving money. So I am actually going to be making money here with this journey) Day 1: 1st cold shower executed successfully. It was a bitch! but damn it felt good after I got out. My head is still feeling a bit weird though. Spent about 4-5 minutes in there. My flesh said no don't, it's going to be freakin cold!.. but my spirit said DO IT ! I will be updating the thread everyday. Will let you guys know about the progress and how I am feeling mentally/physically/emotionally/spiritually.
