I know they mean Pay Per Signup, and Pay Per Lead, but does the lead portion of it mean that they actually have to pay for something?

I always thought a lead could be anything (including just a signup). Would someone be able to clarify this for me?

I think a signup means a paid membership whereas a lead is just an email submit with maybe credit card info not quite sure if they provide credit card or not though. I have definitely done a lot better with per signups rather than leads.

PPS is not pay per signup, it is pay per sale.

From Crak supporter that talk with me yesterday: PPS (pay per sale) means that you get paid each time a visitor uses their credit card for a trial, or purchases a full membership on a specific offer.

PPL are webcam sites. You get paid when someone makes a FREE account on the cam site. (E-whore your way to riches)

PPS are membership sites. You won't get paid at all unless someone goes to said site and registers with credit card. (Good luck with that in porn)

RevShare is where you get a % of what they spend on cam sites. (again good luck)

In the case of Crakrevenue PPL is per free sign up, users don't need to use a CC or anything to sign up. Beware though, your traffic does have to convert to some degree or eventually they will disable your PPL for that specific program. So make sure you're sending real traffic that is at least average quality.
