Crakrev didn't pay me this pay period!

I dont know what the deal is but I was supposed to receive a $176 check from crakrev and it just shows pending now before all you crak lovers start defending them, I am not new to crakrev as they've paid me over $5400 this year like clockwork but now I'm not getting many sales and they acting like they dont want to pay. Yes I contacted an affiliate manager and the response was "Your request (#508942) has been solved.

But thats untrue the request hasn't been solved and the payment is still pending. Its not my fault their remaining offers suck!

the guys from support respond after 24 hours with ambigous responses. i asked about my delayed payment and the response was: what's your account id? but in previous messages i already sent my id and they confirmed that the payment must be sent on 30.05.2014... still nothing received.

We take pride in always paying on time and never missing payments.

We take all these matters VERY seriously.

When an affiliate experiences a slight hiccup with a payment, more often than not, it's usually the result of not meeting the minimum payment by the end of a period (and the payment then gets carried over to the next period), or even more common, when an affiliate hasn't fully filled out his or her account profile in their CrakRevenue account.

Sometimes the information is incorrect, incomplete, or there's no address or payment method preference on file.

Having said that, we'll always try to do our best and work with you to get an issue resolved ASAP.
Please know that we have many happy affiliates who can attest to never missing a payment from us!

Hello, thanks for responding to this thread crakrev and thanks for paying me I just was wondering what was going on but everything has been resolved now, so if anyone is wondering YES I've been paid, all that's owed to me, I guess the problem was just a misunderstanding on my part, thanks again!

I can confirm. After 5 mins chatting with account manager crackmedia sent my payment in 30 mins.
