Each PVA is made on a unique gmail base. Gmails are made with actual names. These are then registered at Craigslist using US IP. One account per US IP. Then each CL account is converted in to a PVA using non sequential US fixed line phone numbers and with US IP at one per account.

Each PVA is 4 dollars and has a 72 hour guarantee unless it is removed due to over posting.

Can you also phone verify accounts if I already have the unused gmail/craigslist accounts to use? The reason for this is that there is a method to my madness as far as the gmail account addys I want to use.

Be careful sending this guy money...

I sent him $375 for PVA accounts and he stated they would be delivered "within 12 hours". After I sent him the money he said his Paypal account is "limited" and he needed to clear things up with his Paypal account before he could send me the PVA accounts - Which would be 3-5 days.

So it went from me receiving the PVA accounts in 12 hours... To 3-5 days.

The money was taken from my Paypal account. I had a positive balance in my Paypal account so there was no transferring of funds from my Bank Account or Credit Card. The problem was with HIS paypal account.

I filed a Paypal dispute for this transaction... At the moment I am out the money and have no PVA accounts to show for it.

On a positive note... Communication with this guy was good - He was not a dick... He was actually very courteous. Just want to let everyone know... This guy seems to have some trouble with his Paypal account... Might want to keep that in mind before shooting money over to him.

alright what happened was when he sent his payment my account became locked/limited so obviously i was worried something was wrong with his paypal account. i told him i would have to wait till Paypal told me why my account became locked at risk of it being fraudulent to go forward. I sent him a screenshot also of my account to prove it was locked also. Also i am unable personally to issue a refund as my account is limited but i recommended to him to file a dispute and made it clear he should get his refund to paypal.
 
I want to clear things up in this thread...

matt121400 PMed me and told me his Paypal account was not "limited" anymore. I canceled the dispute and he sent me the CL PVAs within 24 hours.

They are good accounts and have lasted through a day of posting.

Just wanted to post this to clear up any concern about this guy. He is a good guy that means what he says. I apologize if I jumped on him... There are some people that just blow smoke up your ass when transactions go south. I don't think matt121400 is one of those people. He is legit.

If these accounts are not abused is there any reason they would be canceled after 72 hours?

If not I would be interested in 5

Just would like to chime in one more time on Matt's behalf... I have been using a batch of Matt's accounts and they are taking some slight abuse (minor flagging) and they are holding up good. Whatever method he is using to make them is solid. They are good PVAs - No doubt!
