Craigslist job method - GodCPA help

Whats up guys,
I am running the craigslist job method, and faking the referrer using GodCPA. I am running the email cpa offers, however i've checked my stats and none were converted. Im pretty sure most of the hits are converting.
I set the time to redirect to 4000, is this the right amount of time to register the conversion. the other thing im thinking is that the Affiliate Networks are shaving my results although i can't be sure. and third thing is, how do i know if the fake referrer option is working. thanks!

Try raising the milliseconds some times pages take longer to load then 4 seconds.

Yes shaving is a possibility.

You can some times check the referral by clicking the view button in the stats of their control panel.
