yes you can but the problem is that CL listings are not online that long - 45 days?!. Or do you mean the Forum inside CL?
edit: when you post links they always add a rel="nofollow" - but you can go back after submitting, edit the post and remove that tag
- nofollow is a link attribute that tells google and co. to not include that link into ranking
