Hello! I have seen Crackrevenue website and its really nice but it dont allow me to send money to paypal.
Anyone know any website like crackrevenue (adult) that is really nice like this website but that website let me send money directly to paypal ?

I'm just curious, why do you need to send money to PayPal via another network? Or do you mean another CPA network that pays you via PayPal is that it?

I don't think you will get an adult CPA or affliate site that pays via Paypal. Paypal, like Google, has a strict adult (or no adult) policy. So, your safest bet is to switch to Payoneer, or some other payment methods.
