CPM networks need some answers from experienced people

Hello guy's just started my blog a few days ago ..and the only ads i got on its from adsense....i can say its going really well for first day's and ROI is good....what i am looking for now its for a network that is reliable and pay about $2.50 - $3 per 1000k Impressions if i can achieve this i would be in a good situation i think and IF adsense dont suspend my account ...i'm not doing anything illegal i just buy paid traffic but real traffic CTR of adsense its around 2.5% ...so any help with CPM Networks ? Also...i don't know if it will be a good idea to mix adsense with a CPA network ?

I'm using Amazon CPM ads on several sites and am happy with the return.

You are able to set your own limits and prices, then advertisers bid on your traffic.

Do you need to be in the US to signup for this program? any link to where to signup for it?

you mind to say your average CPM then?

You will find a link in your amazon.com associates account for it. Not sure if it invite only?

CPM depends on the niche, and how many advertisers are competing for slots.

I've a site set to $10 CPM and get 30 - 50% fill rate, when ads are not showing you have the option to show your own.

any other suggestions guys ?
