CPC amount on video website?

On sites like worldstar and liveleak that are mostly videos, they have google adsense, what do you think the cpc is on sites like these. is it possible to get it up to like .30 -.40 cents or will it be like .11 or even as low as.007? I know they get tons of traffic and can probally bank off the high amount of clicks alone though but just asking
