    Guys,

Ive been doing a lot of research and have started a few campaigns including youtube/ringtone, youtube/adult offers, torrents and some craigslist BH methods. I have a few videos posted on youtube and have barely started my campaigns with only a few hundred plays for each video. I have not seen any conversions, but im not giving up. ive had small success with torrents but have only put in a small effort..(my highest seeded vid is only 20 seeds) and that has made me a few bucks.

Now what im tackling now is using PPC (google/adbrite) to promote my CPA's. I've generated a huge list of keywords (2000) and im only paying $.05 per click for each keyword. My keywords consist of popular celebs, artists, tv shows and so on. Right now, my daily budget is set to $10, and using the traffic estimator im supposed to get 170-200 clicks from $10.

Right now I'm waiting on approval from a few companies with good CPA offers. I have a landing page built because i know google wont let me direct link my ad to my affiliate link, and have my landing page hosted on a free hosting website. nothing too fancy, but ive read enough to know what needs to be on my landing page to get conversions.

My main question i have with this is how will I get a good quality score with this landing page? Im pretty savvy with dreamweaver and have thought about adding meta tags and putting all the same keywords on my landing page as i do on my ppc ad. WILL THIS WORK? HOW DO I GET MY LANDING PAGE TO RELATE TO MY KEYWORDS? IF NOT, ARE THERE OTHER WAYS?

I know people are making good money from this and i feel im on the right track, but i also feel like i need some support from people who have done this in the past.

any experiences and advice would help! i hope this isnt looked at as a stupid noob post, because i have enough respect to do most research on my own, but sometimes i need some real advice from people who have been there done that and are doing that and are making money doing that!

ANY TIPS, STORIES OR HELP WOULD GREATLY BE APPRECIATED!

    Thanks guys, love the forum

For high keyword scores focus on onsite SEO. As in high keyword density on page.

I personally dont see how you can come out with a positive ROI on some of the higher profile offers. CPC is soo high and converisons just dont match up.

(although its great for private companys not on networks looking to promote)

well my plan is to promote zip/email submits and basically get my ad in front of as many people as possible. I love free stuff, and most other people do to. and i dont think that traffic should be as targeted. is this true?

5 cents per click is about 200 clicks on a 10 dollar budget. I would assume more than 10 people will submit their zipcode? Thats why im asking im not too sure.

so what you're saying is maybe have a website with tons of articles with keywords im using in the articles, on the same site as my landing page? that would make it relative to my keywords im using for my ppc campaign?

You'll be lucky to get much traffic for 0.05 starting out... you would need to bid high at first and then slowly come down.

Focus on the Google Content Network only, start off at 0.20 a click and gradually bid down a few cents every 8 hours or so (after 24 hours have expired). This is the only way you'll get decent impressions.

You'll also need to bid on some very good keywords to have any hope of getting traffic for such a cheap price.

For what you are doing i would maybe use MSN ppc instead of google. You will likely get slapped stupid or just not receive any traffic from google. Also, you WILL lose money when you're testing, if you cant afford to lose money dont do PPC. If you can afford $45 go join ppc-coach.com. Read up on all the Month 1 methods, search for posts from stevenl and harry1970 and try it, pay particular attention to recent posts too about google changes. You may find that the 1c method is a better bet, longer term and much less likely to get slapped. I cant go into the methods here as ppc-coach have banner space here and the owner (Will) is hot on people posting the methods outside of his forum. Seriously though even if you join for 1 month you will learn a heap of ppc stuff.

Honestly if your just starting off in PPC to CPA, I would highly recommend you get a some training such as from ppc-coach.com. Its the only ppc training site worth looking into with halfway decent information and the community there will really help you get started. Its really a goldmine of good stuff there and they'll get you started on the right track without losing your shirt. PPC can burn you very bad if your not careful. Don't just do off and do your thing save yourself the initial hardship and testing period and find out what works first.
