Cpalead showing no conversions and clicks

I have been getting a lot of app installs for cpalead.com. yet, I don't see any statistics on them. Also, I get people to send screenshots of the installation process. I contacted the support thrice, and they say all the statistics will be shown. What could be the problem? I promote the offers through email, blog, and WhatsApp.... Thanks for any help

cpalead is just waste of time and traffic ... its now worst network
 
If you are looking for Appinstalls then OGAds.
CPALead is in a weird spot and shouldn't be used at the current state. They don't have any presence here or elsewhere anymore

I am too specific about app installs, but it is easy for me to promote to my audience. Let's say free samples and survey offers, I have not figured out how to promote them.
