Hi there,

I wanted to ask, how can I avoid those game publishers to copyright strike my videos about their game? When I go to more details about strike, there are no timestamps that they copyrighted or any reason why It was copyrighted, so I can't actually know what to avoid during recording video proof..
P.S: I never put any link in comments / description, also I never showed content locker in these two videos.. I recorded each video as tutorial and did "how to .." stuff. Some videos on same niche are old up to 2 months and are not still deleted or copyrighted!

If someone have helpful tip or trick for this problem, please share with me!
Thank you

That's one of the reasons I stopped doing this method, strikes from game companies and shadowban.

There's nothing you can do if you receive a copyright strike from the game company, you can try a dispute but won't work.

I would try another game from a different company or another niche.

The problem is once your video gets ranked, they will sooner or later copyright strike it, no matter what. Happens with many games/companies.

Almost impossible to prevent it, if you are using footage of the game and have the games name in the title.
I saw one guy is not banned already 2 months video up. How is that possible? My video got copyrighted after 6 days, his not.

Because it's not white or black. Some guys will survive, it's not algorithm deleting videos but workers.
The best is to do smaller niches, not Supercell games... or even resign from games ;)

do you reUpload videos or what exactly?
I recorded by myself and also did better thumbnail than competition . High-quality video, not showing content locker, not using any link. Using trusted SMM.. I ranked real quick for 6 days and killed competition and then it happend - game companies did strike on my both videos on two good aged channels in same day

Well, did you check his channel’s authority as in the number of views ? If he has over 2 mln views and you have 100k views, of course yours gonna be deleted and flagged by the algorithm before even the respective IP holders start to care.

Edit : But yeah in this case when it’s copyrighted by companies nothing can be done. Maybe try to do what they’re doing different and avoid using the word “free” and maybe tell this method makes you money and you in turn buy gems/whatever IAP and see how it goes.

You can compare non-copyrighted videos with copyrighted videos and find the issue.
This, you must present your videos in a way the company doesn’t think you harm their business. If they copyright strike even then, appeal and most of the time you get the videos back. I’ve prevented this and almost never get strikes as of now.

Thanks for tip.

Yes, I checked his channel. He has 100 subs and 2 videos, total 50k views. I have better account, mine is 1K+ subs with 300K+ views. But, I realized that he did not use "hack" or similar keywords but I used. Also, he had no keyword tags, I had bunch of them. Maybe It is the key?

Yeh, I have seen many videos like that. It's not about the keyword. I have tried not to use the "Hack" keyword or not use keyword tags or not add many keywords in the description, but my videos still got Copy-right strikes or harmful violence.

It's also not about the channel as I have seen many videos that got many reports (read it in the comment) but these videos were still alive. However, some videos on these channels still got deleted.

All I can say is It's a matter of luck. Still looking for answers.

I have to try it without suspicious title keywords and without keywords tag too.. I will do It on lightweight channel.
Gotta test everything since I started cpa and yt seriously

Like you there are hundreds trying the same thing, either on google or on youtube. if it's black hat sooner or later you will be blocked.
