I wanted to ask that can I use any CPA network with Tumblr blogs? Any CPA Network you guys can suggest which accepts Tumblr blogs.

I have a hard time seeing you getting accepted to any CPA network with only a tumblr blog. I suggest that you get yourself some cheap hosting with hostgator and throw up a wordpress blog. It may cost a few bucks but it will be worth it.

Search the web for godaddy coupons I use them all the time to get my dot com domains for 5 dollars. Then I also use a hostgator coupon for the first month free. Total out of pocket 5 dollars plus tax. Around 5.60. Then apply to a few cpa networks. I personally promote adscendmedia they pay net 30. I also promote Cashuniversity they pay net 7. Best of luck!!!!!

How are you planning to make money from CPA when you do not have your own domain to apply to CPA networks. You will need tools to make money from CPA. These tools are going to cost you money. So, finally you need some start up money.
