Does CPA Network doesn't mind if signups are coming from YouTube videos?
Some does and some does not, but lots of people still use youtube for ringtones offer even if its not allowed.
I was told that type-in traffic blanks the refferer so all you have to do is place your url name in the video somehow to get viewers to type in your site url. Or you can put your clickable url in the video description and double meta refresh the link. That will also give a blank refferer.
The day after Michael Jackson died I uploaded a CNN coverage video of his death and added a caption on it that said 'if you want an mj ringtone just go to mysite.com to get one' and I earned $40 that day. It was all type in traffic since I didn't provide a clickable link to my website in the vid info.
Blank refferfer, or don't put it in the description and you should be fine
