No you wont get banned if they're real leads.

I think if you ask your friends to fill out the offers, that might be a problem.

But if you just promote the offer to them, eg. posting a link on your wall and saying it is a good offer, and a couple of them out of the 300 friends that you have do fill out the offers, it is probably alright.

    I could be wrong though.

Check with your AM at your network and see if direct linking to the offer is allowed. Each offer has it's own restrictions.

Regarding your original question, if FB traffic is allowed as per the offer restrictions, having a few of your friends fill the offer shouldn't be a problem. Things to consider though:

    1) If your friends aren't actually interested in the offer and you have too many friends fill it out, the advertiser who is paying for the leads, can and will, pull you from the offer if they aren't making money from your leads.

    2) Networks have a mminimum threshold for payout, so if you're trying to get some startup money from just those few friends filling the offer, you may not see a dime until you meet your network's payment threshold.

Depends on the offer and CTR. If you have 3 clicks and 3 signups that's a big red flag to compliance. I would tag the link with a subid to make it less obvious, but you're going to need more clicks than just your conversions.
