CPA Redirector Settings

Morning all

I search for and did not find a thread with all the settings for the cpa Companies for cpa redirector.

For example:

Azoogle ads: Would I set it up as Java Script Form, Java Script, meta refresh? Use POST or GET etc.

Would anyone share what settings they use for the different networks so we can all keep safe?
