I know I am a noob, but I found this pretty interesting.
The "rumors" around the office have been, someone has been contacting major real estate companies offering them a service like adsense, but rather with real estate.
They allow users to post small ads of their houses for sale online, and if a visitor clicks on the ad, fills out a form etc etc and they pay for leads BUT, if a sale is made, the website owner gets a few percentage points of the closing cost.
Saves the real estate companies money from paying sales agents 5% commission , lets them fill the slots with less trained people.
And I could see that real estate adsense-ish type service totally eclipsing other online services.
What do you guys think about this?
