CPA Poll Technique still Profitable?

but how about the CTR and the QS, will it run very low on Content Network?

Yes it is still very profitable. However if you are not getting 5 cent clicks its very hard to see a nice ROI-- I agree with JoHnypro-- Stick with the content network. The maximum you can go up to its right around 10 cents per click, but that's very close to break-even status and pushing it thin.
my friend tried it before, but his QS immediately fell down. And also the minimum bid raised immediately.

Traffic is sooo untargeted. Most people just vote and leave... or provide some BS emails.

i dont think there is a quality score on the content network (adsense on other peoples pages), the qs score is only for search listings (the ads that are displayed in the serps)
i could be wrong though, i don`t use adwords.

Don't know why my QS also dropped, firstly I used a landing page software (ThePollFactory) and made sure to put contents that includes my targeted keywords. I chose a low competition keywords that are low-cost. Even tried to optimized the page fully. But still got very poor QS.
