[CPA] Pays $100 - $300 per sign up ?! WHAT?

    Can you confirm if they are legit and they pay people $100 just to sign up as an advertiser ???!??!

    Well there's also a $50 bonus for publishers but inside they tell you only if you get $250 will you get the bonus

    Clickcash has been around for a long time. I am an affiliate, although I don't really promote them. I think that they are pretty legit. -e-

    how about adding a few hundred fake proxi'd signups ...i wonder if that wud work...make a quick couple of grand...

    You still need CC.

    But maybe if ur in US you can use those cards you can buy in shops top up and use them ?

    I worked with a network once who paid 125 per conversion but after sending a couple of sales they said the traffic wouldn't convert so they moved me to their standard tier which started at I believe 32. They DID payout but honestly any company who promises such high payouts more than likely will not pay that long term.
