Does anyone have a list of CPA Networks that pay weekly or bi-weekly?

I appreciate any help in this area.

Most of them will pay you weekly if you give them enough quality traffic.

Also, seems like most networks like doing 1k payouts, as in, if you make 2k per month, you will get paid every 2 weeks. If you make 4k per month, you can get paid weekly.

Not every network is like this, but it seems like most of them are.
