I need a list of CPA Networks that do not report to the IRS or require a W-9 to be paid. IF you guys can just add to the thread it would help. I will start with some.

They report it but it means nothing, we do not have to pay canadian tax, and as it stands people in other countries don't have to pay US income tax because they are being paid in USD in another country.

Virtually every legit cpa company will ask for a w-9 form. If they don't they're probably some fly-by-night operation that you wouldn't do business with anyway. If your trying to avoid taxes their definitely other ways around it *cough* google "creative accountant" *cough*.

Don't avoid paying taxes. If you make 5k/week there's no reason to put aside one month out of your year for taxes.

$5k a week puts you in the 33% tax bracket, so three months really, unless you're a little creative come tax time. ;)
