Cpa networks. Bulk sms mailing?

    Hello,
    I've doing some heavy bulk sms mailing with one network and email submits. The conversion rates are quite low at about 5%. That's still a lot of money ;) Also due to the nature of this business, I don't provide my tax info. If anyone knows of some cpa networks that can meet my criteria. Please pm with the details..

    I also do bulk sms, looking for a cpa network that can take the traffic
