CPA networks and a blank referer

Does anybody know which cpa networks does NOT have a problem with blank referers, even when I send ONLY visitors with a blank referer and make 200-300 bucks a month??
And is it enough to say you want to hide your traffic source when they ask you?

I don`t think you will draw much attention if you only make 300 bucks a month. probably no attention at all. And if they ask you just say you don`t want to reaveal your traffic source. But really, I don`t think anyone will complain. 300 a month is too little for their concern.

i blank refer on EVERY offer im running, never ever had a problem. and im doing much more than that a day. no one ever questioned it, and if they did, i would just tell them i wont send traffic to them anymore ill send it to another network. if they ask why tell them you have your tracking program blank them to protect your traffic sources.

simple double meta refresh is the easiest way to go

there are tons of threads here already explaining them, just search for them and open any of those threads up and your answers will be there
