Pretty sure that was long way back because networks these days require proofs of payment plus cpa network contacts to verify the traffic quality

if you try to sign up and they want proof ,,,,then go with paysale. used them a bit just to test things out, ask if anyone who has experience....
if you are already registered but you want to activate a locked offer ., No network lets you do that without any proof of experience,
