Well I was planning on setting up a site where to download the file you complete a CPA offer. Are there any sites that allow it?

I would probably do the "fourth word in the email" as the password thing.

almost everything on Instant Dollarz is incentivized, you might give them a shot.

Have you tried them by chance? Just wondering if they will pay.

I've used CPALead and had fairly decent results. All of their offers are incentivizable. They also include tools to block access to certain pages until an offer is completed (and for how long it will stay unblocked for that IP).

I have figured our any way to promote CPALead.com.
Can anyone guide me on this one?
I am really confused as how to generate leads for it...

InstantDollarz pays by check and they're timely....Lots of incentivized offers!

If you don't mind a non-Directtrack reporting system, try Adcommunal.net, they have a nice collection of incentivized offers as well and pay timely too!

    Good Luck!

I use CPALead as well with good results. I think they are the easiest to promote since they ENCOURAGE you to incentivize. Plus, they were easy to get approved.

CPALead is utter garbage...I just got accepted today, and you put their gateway on your site and it NEVER comes down...you basically send your users on an unlimited loop of signups and the page never gets unblocked. It's unacceptable.
