CPA Network suggestion?

So I've been searching around the forum quite a bit and haven't really found an answer to my question, it's actually a simple question too.

I need a CPA network that has simple e-mail/zip submits that offer like a free giftcard in return, something along those lines.

I've signed up on a few, but can't seem to find an offer like this and it seems like these are really common offers too, so I must just be picking the wrong networks. Any suggestions on good networks for this type of thing? Preferably ones that approve accounts fast

offervault.com is a site that compares offers across many cpa networks. I run a comparison of the gift card there and saw that the highest is $4+ on some "unknown" network. Many say A shaves more than B but anyway thats another debate.

I just signed up for MaxBounty today, waiting on approval. That's weird cause I can't seem to find any on the few I'm approved for, hopefully Maxbounty will solve my problem. Thanks!

Personal experience: Hydra has a lot of submits. But shave leads quite a bit.

I've heard NeverBlue also carries a ton of submits.
