Goto google Playstore there are apps that pay you for completing simple but annoying tasks and surveys.
The payout is peanuts but if you can scale by doing the tasks on multiple apps or creating multiple accounts on same app.
They payout is good if you are from Tier 1 geo location though.
But there are lots of fraud apps that just don't pay so you will have to find the ones that are working.

I accumulated 600k and 58M views using shorts spam(Proof attached). None told about cpa, I saw about robux vbucks CPA shorts. But idk why they were doing.
Now it doesn't work.

Make your own small writing agency website and promote that on sites with a lot of businesses. A .com domain and $5 a year hosting is all you need.

I would say you need to work on your marketing skills or find a skill not find a method. Anything someone gives you on this thread they won’t even try today or ever again. I’ll say you not having 1 single landing page or site is why you don’t get any money.
