Ok, I've been working hard with my movie sites lately,

These are my overall statitics, please note that I'm promoting my sites exclusively on youtube, please let me know if my stats are average, good or bad, I honestly believe they are terrible, but please give me your experienced insight on this.

On google analytics I can see that I had 3800 visits in the last 3 days.

Of those 3800 visits I had 546 clicks on my CPA Lead gateway, and only 10 leads with a total of $43 made.

How good or bad are my stats?

Please also note that I have achieved this stats with 1000 youtube videos uploaded, I don't know the exact number that got removed so far, but to give you guys an aproximate figure, I still have some 600 - 700 videos alive at this very moment!

546 clicks on CPA Lead gateway, and only 10 leads??? Man this is very low! You need to design your gateway similar to your site, then you need in gateway explain straight what user need to do! Try to test this descriptions and when you are making gateway choose better offers. 30-50 leads will be normal! ;)

Also try to think why they your visitors don't take offers? Maybe incentive is not too good?

I suggest you design your gateway scin to match with your website or make the whole website look more attractive. 10 leads out of 500 clicks is very low and you should not settle there. It's a 2% conversion rate and I think a minimum of 5% is acceptable.

    Good luck!
    Regards

as mentioned, that is a low conversion rate on 500+ clicks.

Movies are getting harder and harder to convert since most visitors know and hate the C p a l e a d gateway already. Therefore a 2-3% conversion rate is expected in this niche.

There are many factors to decide if these earnings are good or bad.

-Do you offer content that the visitor really wants and is unable to find anywhere else?
-How do you get your traffic? How targetted is it?
-What kind of surveys are you promoting?
    And around 100 other factors.

My site for example got a much higher CTR:
    5600 visits --> 1934 clicks --> 182 leads --> $154

This is with surveys for most countries disabled, only US, UK, CA en AUS left. So I probably get a 80-100% clickthrough rate for my landing page as half my traffic comes from these countries, where you only have around 15% if you have surveys for all countries.

Then, I have a bit below 10% conversion rate, where you have 2%. This can be explained because I am going for easy leads, where you go for highest EPC or payout.

But I can suggest anyone to check the following points:
-Traffic source. Search traffic is better than 'click this spammy link because I might be interested in it'-traffic
-Landing page. Is it really optimized for a good CTR? Is the link to your content right in their face so they don't have to look for it?
-Content. Is this really valuable? It can't be something that is available by a simple search on big G.
-Wigdet. Does it blend in with your site? Has your descriptions clear instructions without looking spammy? The word 'survey' is more negative, while 'offer' sounds positive.
-Niche. The video-site idea is overoversaturated. Think outside the box, there where people haven't ever seen a content gateway before.

    Hope this helps a bit.

PS: naming this certain CPAnetwork is prohibited on BHW. You might wanna change the title of this topic or mods will be pissed off.

You can get way better numbers.
I've recently came across a similar option from a company named MATOMY (you can just google them), only they also have international offers and a pretty wide variety.
I came across their demo and decided to register. It was very easy and fast to integrate and seem to be getting good results so far.

You should really check it out.
