CPA for Advertising

I am looking for a CPA company to pay for signups. I have a very large startup budget (thank you Adsense).

I have already signed up at ZapBlue but my offer is still pending and 3 emails and 2 weeks later I have given up on them. I thought about **************s however I really did not think that this would fit. CJ.com is out, the denied me because I do not yet have 50K a month in sales (holy shit...). Neverblue has not yet responded and neither has Tattoo Media.

Anyone? If not I will just move this thread elsewhere. Maybe I opened it in the wrond category.

You might want to try MaxBounty and Peerfly. Both of those were fairly easy to get into.

Champ, are you referring to being a advertiser or a affiliate?
