CPA Europe - Germany (looking for one)

i am looking for a cpa site in europe. would be great if in german.

i looked at sharecash but it is necessary to enter a valid tel. number in there which in europe nobody does to download some crap .

rest are mostly affiliate programs i found. but nothing with download that i can use.

anybody knows a cpa - download page which converts in europe-germany.
