6 Million is 94 million less than Myspace initially wanted to go for. Also 2 million is probably a low number considering that this suit was chasing Media Breakaway correct? If that is the case then CPA Empire is just one part of Media Breakaway's total subsidiaries. They have quite load actually as a company hole. Hell they even have their own domain registrar open for their publishers and advertisers :)

Interesting, but they got off very easy. I think they're throwing a party tonight celebrating this judgement.

Yeah, I meant 'toast', like they're 'in trouble'.

    "Yep, we're toast."

They did manage to get off pretty easy, all things considered.

    You're close there.

I know s,c,o, t,t, r,i,c,h,t,e,r was making $20-30 thousand dollars a day just sending emails 5 years ago.

He has to have a nest egg stashed somewhere.

Nobody walks into federal court and declares,,
"I have $25 million dollars tucked away in offshore banks in Cyprus and Estonia".

(damn,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, myspace used to have 2 security guys)

I missed that train ride. LOL

Well I'll tell you one thing, if 2 mill is the price tag, your friend Nevarc is going to start spamming the shit of myspace.

They probably made 40 million dollars hitting the space, and they had to give back a mere 2, see you on my new Yacht.

6 mil is nothing. They groomed 2 Russians providing them with the tools and know-how to do it and those Russians were making over 1mil a week. Thats how hard they were slamming it. That was end of july beginning of August 06 when they started. Odds are they expanded from those 2 to others. They were doing over 10mil a month summer 06. So guaranteed they had a party at the 6mil judgement.
