I have a page currently getting about 20 leads a day, surfers submit their email to get access to let's say... a page of info/pictures.

I am signed up with several CPA networks and was thinking I could put in a CPA email submit box of sorts, so the surfer would put their info in, I get paid, then they get redirected to my page afterwards.

Am unsure how to fix this up / if the networks would allow this?

    Any advice greatly appreciated

    thanks :)

Try looking at incentive networks (BlamAds, CPA Lead etc). You'll get paid less per lead than if it was a non-incentivised offer, but its whitehat and the networks should already have the code you can use to automatically redirect users to your download.

I was wanting to know about this also, I would like to collect my users emails into my own database when they sign up but also submit them to a CPA offer, are you saying BLAMADS will allow me to do this?

What they don't know won't hurt them.
