Is this a field worth getting into? Has anyone earned legitimate money by using Facebook advertising?

I was thinking about doing something like this but I need your help/advise.

Which was are you thinking about..?
Are you thinking of buying ads on FB Or BH?
FB ad buying is very very hard, unless you know the ins and outs.
You will may see 1 approval per ever 50 ads you submits. The best way to make
money on FB with ad buying to to threw alot of cash at it. If you get to where you
are spending $3000+ a week they will appoint you a Account Rep and this will really
be something that will help you bank alot of cash. Ads are 90% easier to get approved and they tell you why your ads are being shot down. FB is a gold mind but you need a Chunck of Gold to get going good

Use offers with high payouts ($10+), clearly state the price (range) in the ad (make sure anyone who clicks knows they WILL have to use their credit card), choose your images wisely (while a certain image can get you a lot of clicks, many people will click on your ad just because of the image and will never convert).

Analyze carefully the offer you are going to promote, define your target group. Submit highly targeted multiple ads broken down into age/gender/location to reduce competition and cost per click.

I spent on FB and the clickthrough rates make Google CT rates look good. You can pay my clickthrough or impressions, definately pay by CT. You can target geographically to a very local level. You can target demographically too. The end result is that the costs are high.

You cant earn much from FB ads unless you put in lots of money. And you will be wasting your time as well. Also you need alot of creatives to pull it thru

I tried with a free facebook advertising credit and $25 of my own money...didnt make much..but I can see where you would have to spend a bit and definately run multiple ad campaigns with different pics and ad copy. Its all about testing, but you could lose a lot. If you get it right, you can win big.

test, test, test. I am a relative noob to the CPA scene and AM in general, but I have a decent campaign on FB right now that is pulling in decent money. Getting a 22% conversion rate on the clicks too.
