Hey, BHW! Here's my long story in a short version. I have about $100 on one of my CPA accounts, but my PayPal is unverified. Can I still get paid?

    Thanks!

$100 is enough, if you want to withdraw to your bank account, you get limited for sure, but no worries, if it's your account with your real info, just provide them what they want and they will lift the limit in hours, they're pretty fast when they have to deal with the limiting issue

yup, you can get paid, but you can't transfer your money without being limited, read what i wrote above

Paypal is really a biTch to deal with sometimes. Be careful, 1 day they might close your account for any reason and take your cash. :(

The problem is, I'm not eighteen. Is there any possibility I could buy a VCC with the money sent to me, even if I get locked?

i think you can buy a VCC from the money before you get limited, i have also bought a few cheaper things ($20-30), before i tried to withdraw the money to my bank account and just after that made paypal my acc limited, so i guess you're safe, but it's not 100%

yes you can, but paypal is a b1tch as you read above, so you never know when you get limited and why...

it's a difficult question...if you use someone's pp acc (of course if the "someone" agreed to do that lol), you have one relatively safe option to get the money from it:
the "someone" withdraw it to his/her bank account and after that the "someone" send it to you e.g. via WU (if your country is supported), or he/she can transfer it to your bank account/credit card, this is the safest way i think (i guess you want to use "someone" elses pp account because you're in an unsupported country by pp, it means you can't get money to your paypal from other people sending it and/or you cannot withdraw to your bank account)
the only question is the mentioned "someone" is a living person with verified US pp acc and you completely trust him/her? if yes, then just do what i wrote above ;)
