Hi everyone, so I want to get some advice here. I have a CPA company that I've joined, sent some traffic to, earned some commissions, and they haven't paid me a dime. Payment was SUPPOSED to have been sent out nearly a month ago. I've called and emailed, and have either been told "okay payment will go out tomorrow" or "I need to find out".

Long story short, I'm being jerked around here. I'd like to apply some extra pressure to make sure I get paid. I'm thinking that a threat to call BBB or something like that might work, but I would like to reach out to you all and get some of your ideas. I'm not going to mention the company name for a number of reasons, but they're not a huge player. Any advice?

Out the network so other people can share their experiences.

Same thing happening with AzoogleAds with me.

Got over $100 in my account and no word from them. They won't reply to emails or phonecalls. I'm not banned or anything.

What CPA network is owing you money?

Azoogle, really? They've been rock solid with me surprisingly. A buddy of mine just basically had to keep calling one of the other companies until they finally paid.

Thing is, that I want to give them every opportunity to do the right thing first before I "out" them. It could be that they sent the check already, and it never came through . . .

Azoogle has always been good. Were you doing something against their ToS by any chance? Those big networks won't pay up if you're using black hat stuff.

Have a lawyer send them a letter and you'll see how fast they'll pay

It's always a battle with some of the smaller mobs, the lesson is to stick with the so called "brand name" cpa networks that must deliver and have a reputation to uphold...

I agree with that comment of staying with name brands. Out this network and if they pay, simply come back and re-edit your post to say that you got paid, but keep us aware of who's not paying.

No I wasn't. And as I said, I'm not banned or anything. But still, my AM is never online nor does he reply to emails.

I'm not calling them out or anything, it's just strange.

I hate these type of threads. Op should have waited to post if you weren't going to tell us which network. Makes those of us using several different networks wonder if it's one of the ones we use and will we not be paid..... Also there's no one that can help you because we have no idea who you are working with and each company is different.

Yeah, I fail to understand the purpose as well. Isn't the point to figure out other peoples opinions on a company?

I feel for you man. PerfectTracking recently scammed me (and a lot of other people) out of the 14k they owe me.

Sending a cease and desist yourself usually does the trick. You can easily fake the email headers too if you want to take it that far! But usually they won't want to deal with legal problems... they'll just hand over the cash. That is if you didn't violate the TOS.

Okay, well they're pretty much admitted to me that they haven't sent it out yet, so I'm going to go ahead and "out" them. Sorry to those of you who disagreed with me, but I think twice about things I can't undo. Looked like a fool one too many times in that regard. Anyway it's CPADNA which is also "dedicate media". Guess I'm going to have to start looking for applicable cease and desist letters, or something.

Hey Silencer - Check out their homepage - Just submit an inquiry to their 'generic help line' and you should be able to get in touch with somebody - it worked for me awhile ago...

I love Azoogle -They are super strict with traffic though!

FYI, Dedicated Marketing Solutions paid me for part of what they owe. I just got the check today. The rest of what they owe should (in theory) be part of the next pay period. Just wanted to let you know. It did take a bit of nagging though, but they at least paid.
