CPA Company asked me how I get traffic for the offer and show screenshot/proof, how may I answer?

What can I do in order to avoid to show them the proof?

What would be the best answer?

    Please help me.

middle finger to the company throwin up :) and if it doesn't work you have to show them something else
you can say them, you don't want to reveal your traffic source because you have bad experiences (an AM stole your campaign in the past)
and i don't have to say how easily can a screenshot be faked, with js edit or photoshop
i guess you blanked all the referers, that's why faking is a best idea

Just go to adwords, make few ads, add few keywords, ad groups etc. with names/keywords corresponding to your niche. Make screenshots of the account, show some ads and keywords and tell them you are advertising on partner networks.
If they will ask for live examples - fake one with you ad copy you showed them on your account.
Don't worry, you don't need to pay for adwords. Just make an account without paying for it.

    Good luck ;)

find out what's an acceptable traffic source for that campaign before you tell them anything

Before going through the trouble of creating "fake" screenshots or whatnot, tell them that you are uncomfortable with revealing your traffic source due to a bad experience with an affiliate manager from another network stealing your campaigns.

Legit networks should NEVER ask you for proof or campaigns unless you are doing something shady, bringing in fraudulent leads, or getting complaints from advertisers.

If they insist on proof, then use some of the advice already posted. Create screenshots, make fake landing pages, etc... anything you need to do to prove that your leads are legit (which I hope they really are).

So you don't have to tell them anything?
