CPA co. that is cool with CL traffic and no site?

Something like RichUser's ProfitRIOMedia would be awesome. I just want more variety as he only has one offer haha.

I know I could just have a little site made and say I'm a PPC marketer to get accepted to larger CPA companies but I'm working on building up a whitehat presence on the web so I have a legit cover before jumping BH into CPA.

It can be shitty low-paying offers as long as they pay out reliably.

The only two cpa affiliate offers that actually accept CL traffic that I can think of are cyp's and rich's. The rest are private networks.

Just keep your earnings low and develop good relationships with your AMs, then CL traffic won't matter anyways.

Learn how to make good use of redirects and you can simply Iframe.

You can quickly test many offers that way.

Once something looks lucrative dedicate time for a nice site.
