Hi

Are there any CPA provider like CPABuild who accept even adult websites? I know some adult ad partners and already have accounts there but they not provide such technique to lock content behind CPA offers...at least as far as I know.

Doesn't CPA Lead accept adult sites?

But in my experience, their popularity means that most of their scripts are blocked by adblockers and also they seem to shave/scrape too much on earnings from what I've tested and seen.
